All persons entering agree to abide by the listed rules and also to abide by the rules set forth in the current AQHA handbook and agree to abide by any decisions, ruling or regulations issued by OQHA show management.

Move In Date / Early Arrivals: Move in date is Saturday, June 20, 2009 at 6 am. Early arrivals must be arranged and are subject to availability. A fee of $15.00 per horse per night will be assessed for horses moving in before Saturday, June 20, 2009. A fee of $20.00 per RV space used per night will be assessed for move in before Saturday, June 20, 2009.
NSF Checks: Any owner or exhibitor whose personal check (for show fees or stalls) fails to clear the bank has 30 days to make the check good or be subject to AQHA notification. There is a $25.00 fee for each NSF check.
Awards Pick-Up: All awards must be picked up at the show, prior to the closing of the awards office on the last day of the show. The show will not be responsible for shipping or otherwise delivering any awards to exhibitors who have departed prior to the prizes being awarded. The show office will be closed immediately following the last class on Sunday for 1 hour to calculate the all around awards.
Dogs: The County Dog Control requires dogs to be on a leash at all times. THIS RULE WILL BE ENFORCED WITHOUT WARNING. Any pets in the stall area must be on a leash or secured. No pets are allowed in or near arenas. Owner assumes all liability for pets.
Golf Carts: No person under 16 years of age may operate any motor vehicle or golf cart on the grounds. See reservation form for carts.
Parking: Any vehicle, truck or trailer parked in the barns, RV lot without a pass, around the arenas or in a “No Parking Zone” or “Fire Zone” will be towed and impounded at owner’s expense. Exhibitors shall obey all signage including speed limits, parking signs and directions from show staff. Please observe parking signs for golf carts, bicycles and scooters. A designated parking area will be established.
Cleaning: All horses must be washed at the wash racks provided. Horse trailers may not be cleaned out in the barn areas. Cars, trucks, RVs and trailers may not be washed on the grounds.
No Smoking allowed in the barns or arena buildings. No cooking, including BBQs or other open flame device is allowed in or near the barns.
Bedding: No shavings will be provided. Shavings may be purchased using the form provided for $8.75 a bag. Please make a separate check payable to: K Bar D Enterprises, LLC.
Feed / Hay: Top quality feed / hay will be available and delivered to stalls by K Bar D Enterprises. Payment for feed must be handled with K Bar D Enterprises and not in the show office.
RV Pumping: There will be RV pumping service provided by Jefferson State Pumping Inc. Please check with the show office for dates and times.
Commercial Exhibits: No commercial exhibits without prior approval. Contact OQHA office at 503-537-9845 for additional information.
Show Office Hours: Show office will be open 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday, June 20, 2009, 10 am to 6 pm, Sunday, June 21, 2009 and on all show days, one hour prior to the show start time and will remain open during the show. The show office will be closed immediately following the last class on Sunday for 1 hour to calculate the all around awards. There will be no refunds after check close-out even if you scratch a class. An exhibitor has 30 days from the end of the show to dispute a show bill.
Security: Security officers will be on the grounds from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
